- Built the Advocacy & Adventure Alliance Grants program from a blank page — designed the application, evaluation criteria, review pipeline, and reporting framework that took 27 athlete-led campaigns from pitch to completion
- Managed $700k+ in cumulative grant budget across 10+ concurrent projects, owning contracts, negotiations, timelines, deliverables, and impact reporting for every grantee
- Grew the POW Athlete Alliance from 75 to 200+ professional athletes across ski, snowboard, climb, bike, run, and trail — building recruitment, onboarding, and training systems to support the expanded roster
- Served as the primary relationship manager for alliance athletes — recommending, negotiating, and managing talent partnerships across contracts, career development, campaign placement, and brand alignment
- Executive produced award-winning athlete-driven documentaries, managing productions from funding through festival premieres, tours, and distribution

- First hire of MLB's newly formed Instant Replay department — built the entire operation from scratch, including staffing models, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Managed a team of 8 operations staff — daily shift scheduling, real-time communications, and live monitoring across up to 15 games daily and a 2,430-game season
- Served as lead data analyst for all league replay data — built tracking systems and delivered season-over-season analysis to league executives and the umpiring department
- Consulted for other professional leagues and governing bodies (NBA, FIFA, Rugby Australia) on building their own replay and officiating operations
- Oversaw the full roster of 76 MLB umpires in the replay system — communications, performance tracking, and the rollout of new regulations and protocols
- Developed training materials and evaluation frameworks that scaled with the department as replay expanded
